This Project involved re developing the existing Facilities comprising Offices, Project Management, Communal Working and Meeting Areas to enhance interaction between visiting Academics/Scientists, Health Professionals and Students.
Also falling within our scope was to assist with the co-ordination of upgrading to regenerative systems to make use of extensive condensation from water cooling systems to a new tanked system for re-use and distribution.
Given the High Risk within a HIV/Tuberculosis Research Facility with BSL 2/3 Lab environments and associated operations all areas required monitoring with full Backup and Redundancy.
