Our initial involvement was to work with our Developer Client to look at Site Circulation and to help create workable Platforms for Light Industrial developments. A unique challenge was liaising and working with High Voltage Electrical Specialists to re-align portion of the National Grid that traversed the site, with careful planning around Electrical Servitudes and the effects on Proposed Structures. Also Main Entrance/Security Control, taking into account Heavy Vehicle Circulation and Lay byes, on a Greenfield Site in Avoka, zoned for Light Industry.
We were Project Architects on 5 of the Sites, Mini Factories, Hull Logistics, WH 1.1 and 1.2, Worldnet Logistics and WH 5, 6 and 7.
