Luxury Apartments comprising 2 Blocks, Upper Block 4 units (1140 sqm) with Lift and Basement Parking. Lower Block 2 x  Duplex Units (521 sqm)

The Site is within a sensitive historical area of Durban so AMAFA consent was required, and the existing building of little Architectural Heritage was demolished.

There are decent Sea views over Durban City Bowl and Harbor to the Upper Units. The natural slope of the site gives most of the units clear Durban Bay views.

The Site is serviced by 2 Roads, access was taken off the upper road, for better access control. The Client is Islamic so the design worked to Kaaba/Mecca principles, incorporating  prayer rooms, correct orientation, for contemporary styled units per Clients Brief.
